1. Returns:

   • Provide photographs of the product and packaging
   • Ensure the item is unused and in original condition
2. Refunds:

   Once the return is approved:

   • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment
   • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account
3. Non-Returnable Items:

   Custom orders and used packaging materials are not eligible for return or refund.
